Torben Carlsen indtræder som ny formand for investeringskomiteen i Copenhagen Infrastructure II

Torben Carlsen indtræder som ny formand for investeringskomiteen i Copenhagen Infrastructure II og erstatter dermed Bjarne Graven Larsen, der er tiltrådt stillingen som CIO for Ontario Teachers Pension Plan (Canada).

Torben Carlsen er CFO for den børsnoterede shipping koncern, DFDS, og har bred erfaring indenfor finansiel analyse, investeringseksekvering og risiko styring fra både private equity sektoren og fra diverse corporate finance positioner i danske og udenlandske selskaber.

I investeringskomiteen sidder i øvrigt repræsentanter fra fondens investorer og Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners II P/S.

Copenhagen Infrastructure II er en infrastrukturfond endeligt etableret i juli 2015 med samlet tilsagn på ca. 14,7 mia. kr. fra 19 institutionelle investorer. Fonden er administreret af Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners II P/S og fokuserer på energirelaterede infrastrukturinvesteringer i Nord- og Vesteuropa samt Nordamerika.
